Schools

To be eligible, schools must be grades K-12, currently enrolling students in the U.S. and qualify as tax excempt under Section 509(a)(1) or 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service code. All K-12 public schools are eligible.

Charities

To be eligible, charities must be tax exempt according to the guidelines of the IRS. The deduction status must be 100%.
